今天哈利王來分享老婆的暗黑料理 (神秘料理)，手工抹茶炒淇淋。

這個手工抹茶炒冰是用全聯的WMF不銹鋼調理碗製作而成的，

再配上新竹在地抹茶粉，跟好市多牛奶冰淇淋，

都不用用到機器，非常的方便喔

簡直最大享受。

▼原料準備:

冰淇淋 : 約10 湯匙

堅果 : 約10顆

抹茶粉: 約一湯匙

搭配上之前在costsco 買的冰淇淋(覺得有點太甜了.一直很少吃

搭配無糖綠茶粉

首先要先把不鏽鋼碗和湯匙冰在冷凍庫裡

製造出像炒冰盤一樣的環境.這樣攪拌時才不會融化的太快(約冰半小時就可以了)

綠茶粉要過篩.這樣攪拌起來比較細膩.不會有太大的顆粒。

接著就是開始混合綠茶粉跟牛奶冰淇淋啦

用湯匙攪拌就好了，反正就是認真的拌勻

攪拌完後就是這樣子，是不是很像Cold stone的感覺呢

接著一樣可以加入一些堅果，依樣的把堅果用碎。

最後把堅果放到上面攪拌均勻即可

最後就可以開始享用了，超級好吃的
